From the age of eighteen, I began to discover how much I enjoyed not having any clothes on; and not just in a sexless, healthy, naturist sort of way, I'm ashamed to admit. It began by just sleeping in the nude. Once I'd shut my door and turned on my bedside light, instead of hopping straight into bed in my pyjamas, I'd pull my pyjama top over my head and kick off my bottoms.
